We're anticipating a triumphant return to the lineup for quarterback CJ Stroud as the Houston Texans play host to the Tennesee Titans in Week 17, and we have you covered with our based on the best NFL odds at the NFL prop betting sites.

Houston Texans (8-7) quarterback CJ Stroud is healthy again after missing the last two weeks with a concussion. In a key game for their playoff aspirations, can the Texans secure a season sweep of the Tennessee Titans (5-10) with a strong performance from their passing offense?

In addition to our NFL Week 17 predictions and NFL Week 17 player props, here are our best Titans vs. Texans NFL player props for Week 17 (odds via our best NFL betting sites and best sportsbooks; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

CJ Stroud Over 257.5 passing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Other than the most recent game against the Jets in which CJ Stroud exited early with a concussion, the Texans’ gunslinger has cleared this passing total in five consecutive games, with four of those contests seeing the rookie smash through the 300-yard plateau.

The Titans rank 18th in the league in pass defense, allowing 225.7 passing yards per game on the season. Filling in for Stroud a couple of weeks ago, Case Keenum logged 229 yards in the matchup against Tennessee in Nashville. Getting Stroud into the dome at home should allow him to pick up where he left off before the injury.

Avoid FanDuel for this prop as their line at 264.5 yards is an outlier. The rest of our recommended sportsbooks list the passing line at 257.5 yards. Caesars offers the worst odds of the group at -119 on Over. The most favorable odds on Over 257.5 passing yards come from bet365 (-110).

Noah Brown Over 43.5 receiving yards (-110 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

While the consortium of Davis Mills and Case Keenum didn’t turn Noah Brown into a relevant weapon in last week’s loss to the Browns, I like Brown to return to his former glory with Stroud returning to the lineup this week.

Since establishing himself as a true focal point of the Houston passing offense, Brown has been pretty consistent in his production. Outside last week’s 3-for-38 performance with backups distributing the football, Brown has hit this receiving line in four straight games for which he’s been active.

I’m not worried that Brown’s Christmas Eve productivity dip comes from a post-injury rust, because he went 8-for-82 and a touchdown against the Titans two weeks ago. Each of our best sportsbooks lists this line at 43.5 yards, but BetMGM and bet365 are the only spots to offer -110 odds.

Tyjae Spears Over 14.5 receiving yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

With the Texans favored and my expectation that Houston will handle their business in this matchup, the anticipated game script could feature plenty of opportunities for Tyjae Spears as a receiver out of the backfield.

The rookie running back from Tulane has emerged as a nice complementary piece to Derrick Henry and the Titans haven’t been shy about leaning on him lately. With Ryan Tannehill as the starter last week, Spears caught five of six targets for 27 yards through the air. He has seen six or more targets in three of his past four games.

Will Levis is pushing to play despite an ankle injury; if he suits up, the limited mobility of the QB could be good news for Spears’ role as a check down option in the passing game. Spears’ receiving line is 14.5 yards across our best sportsbooks, but the best odds on Over come from bet365 at -110.
