YouWin moves player to sister website mid-payout request

Update by SBR: YouWin management has addressed the dispute. The player was moved over to Hepsibahis101 along with all players from his country. The finance department is following up to ensure the player receives his payment.

A YouWin Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has filed a payout complaint.

The player deposited recently to YouWin and won a small amount of $112.08 playing with his local debit card.

The player noted that YouWin does not offer the option to have his winnings paid out this way, so after some back and forth asked to be paid via bank transfer.

At this point, after more than two weeks of discourse, the player said his account was suddenly migrated over to YouWin sister site His balance was made available at this betting site and his payout was underway, but inexplicably and after 12 business days the funds were placed back in his available balance.

The player has been given no information on why it has taken over a month to receive his balance of $112.08 and claims to have already passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with both online sportsbooks.

SBR has followed up with YouWin management to discuss the complaint.

SBR last reported on a YouWin case on May 23rd, when management provided evidence that a player multi-accounted with the sportsbook and still received all winnings owed to him.
