YouWin comments on payout complaint
Online sportsbook YouWin (SBR rating C+) has provided comment on the payout complaint reported earlier in the week.
A player had claimed that he requested to be paid $700 CAD on October the 13th.
The player indicated that while the sports betting said processed the withdrawal the next day, he has yet to receive payment back to the card he used to make his deposit.
YouWin confirmed that they processed the withdrawal within 24 hours - which is in accordance with their advertised processing time-frame for card withdrawals - and that they provided the player a copy of the transaction number supplied by the processor used to issue the withdrawal.
The player provided a copy of his bank statements to show that he has yet to receive the payment. YouWin has asked that the player's bank sign a form certifying that the transaction did not post to his bank account, but the player has claimed that his bank is unwilling to do so.
SBR has asked if bank printed statements signed by a notary would be sufficient for payment to be reissued through an alternate payout method.
The payout complaint remains outstanding.
