Two WSEX players have reported receiving more detailed messages regarding the slow-pays:

WSEX Sportsbook: Thank you again for your continued understanding, patience and your concerns. They have been noted and taken into consideration with the strategic procedure for completing outstanding request. I am really not ecstatic that I have to ask you to give us some more time. We do appreciate you as a client and would hate to lose someone as committed as you are. I will continue to do everything that I can, working along with the processors to get something out to you as soon as our financial upgrades are completed. This could take a bit longer than a week. I am regretting that I am unable to give you a more concrete date for shipment, but definitely I will have a better idea with every passing week. Do continue to voice your concerns and queries, and I will be very happy to address them with humility and understanding for everything we have put you through.

WSEX Sportsbook: I realize it has been a month since my last correspondence. I just need you to know that I have not forgotten about your request. I am still in consultation with our processing company trying to make a way to get any portion or the entire outstanding amount owed to you. At this time, since we are only working with one bank account, the number and value of checks that can be processed has been compromised. Our financial advisers have informed and continually caution us to watch our processing transactions carefully. Lately, the industries seem to be the center of investigation. We certainly do not want to jeopardize any banking relations. We are in the process of gaining more institutions to assist in completing larger batches of bank drafts on a weekly or even bi weekly basis. With that strategy, our clients including you Matthew, will notice a difference in the timeframe of your withdrawals being completed. I humbly ask of you to bear with me some more until the heads have completed their negotiations; and I promise, you will be kept informed with the progress of this new strategic plan. We want you to feel like you are part of the decision making at World Sports Exchange. We appreciate any contribution you may want to offer to make this industry a continued success. Please continue your correspondence with us as we are always happy to hear from you. I am available via email, phone and live support.

WSEX Sportsbook: We would like to express our sincerest apology regarding the problems that you
have been encountering with your delayed payment. We deeply apologize that your withdrawal shipment has been slow these past few months. Our processing account is in the middle of reconstruction due to events occurring for the past few months to the industry. We are taking the necessary steps on solving this problem and do hope that you understand as well. We can assure you that once the construction is over; your payment progress will be back to its normal delivery. It is our pleasure to serve you, and we are looking forward to serving you in the future. If you have any other concerns that you would like to address, please feel free to contact me at 888 671 3253 or via email. We would be more than willing to assist you. Thank you very much and I will continue to keep you posted.
