Winning BetSafe casino player has account locked

A BetSafe (SBR rating C-) player submits an account dispute. The player claims that he opened his account on August 24th, losing approximately €8,000 playing roulette. His deposit method was Moneybookers, where he claims to be a VIP customer. The player allegedly redeposited €3,000, this time increasing his balance to €9,000 through roulette.

The player asked for a payout of €9,000. BetSafe then suspended his account. The player claims he has only received email indicating that he is to wait for the security department to contact him. This has been ongoing for two weeks. The player states that his account was verified to start his play, with BetSafe receiving all required documents, including ID card, driver's license, birth certificate, and proof of address. The player accepted no bonuses with either BetSafe deposit, ruling out bonus fraud.

In addition to the bonus dispute, SBR received a letter from a player claiming that he was limited to €0.10 per wager. A player received a mobile bonus of €20. The bonus carried a 12X rollover. The player claims that during his attempt to meet the turnover, he was limited to €1. The player claims once he was 30% through completion, he was limited again to €0.10 per bet.

SportsbookReview downgraded Betsafe to a rating of C- on September 12th, 2012. BetSafe has failed to satisfactorily address outstanding disputes with SBR.
