WagerUp Sportsbook (SBR rating C) management has addressed the dispute reported by SBR on January 15th. A player claimed that after clearing 40% of his 30X rollover, his limits were slashed to $50 maximum and that he was denied the option of having his bonus winnings prorated. He then said his account was closed. WagerUp disagrees with the facts of the player's claim.

WagerUp claims that the player was in fact able to have his bonus winnings prorated. With respect to the player's account being closed, WagerUp produced several excerpts from their live chat service showing what was alleged to be the player making a number of obscene statements after being limited.

The disrespect allegedly carried over to the telephone when the player called ask to speak to a manager. The player reportedly apologized a day later and his account was reinstated, and he remains able to request a prorated payout.

The player's balance is approximately $1,500.

SBR considers this dispute closed at this time.
