VitalBet Sportsbook player asks for assistance
A VitalBet Sportsbook player has claimed that after requesting payment of €1,000 his account access has been restricted, and no word given from the online sports betting site on when or if the withdrawal will be honored.
The player has asked Sportsbook Review for assistance dealing with the sportsbook.
He reportedly made wagers for over a week with the sportsbook as normal before putting in for a withdrawal request.
There was no outstanding bonus rollover requirement at play, meaning the player should have been free to ask for payment after satisfying the minimum turnover requirement.
SBR has asked VitalBet for comment on the sportsbook complaint.
