A VIPSports.eu Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player submits a payout complaint. The player deposited $300 on June 2. He cashed $2,000 on the US Open golf tournament as well as an additional $4,500 on the PGA Championship. The player then asked to be paid $1,000 on July 30, with two additional payments requested in the following week. He has not been paid.

The player opened a support ticket with VIPSports.eu support after he did not receive payment, despite the website promising the payout method he requested going out the same week. The player has received no information on when he will receive his funds. His available balance sits at $2,570.45.

SBR reported on June 3 that VIPSports.eu confiscated $1,300 from a winning player. The player's limits were slashed after he got off to a fast start, he was then informed that just 25% of his winnings would be honored. VIPSports.eu management were unwilling to discuss the case further.

VIPSports.eu is part of the BTG Global NV sportsbooks family, most known for powering Dimeline Sports (SBR rating D-), as well as casino brands originally billed under the Safari Casino Group.

SBR published a report on August 29 indicating that Dimeline was not paying players. Dimeline was also listed in SBR's sportsbooks to avoid list headed into the current football season.
