Update on SmartLiveGaming Euro 2016 Payout Complaint

Share with:

Sportsbook Review reported last week that a SmartLiveGaming (SBR rating D+) player had yet to receive payment from a winning Euro 2016 bet.

The player won near 190 GBP on the fixture between England and Iceland during the Round of 16. His profit was derived entirely from his own deposited cash as he received no sportsbook bonus offer from the betting site.

He was told initially that his account was under review and staff apologized for the delay, but no other information was immediately given, prompting him to file a sportsbook payout complaint with SBR.

SBR contacted SmartLiveGaming and was later told that the betting site had been in touch with the player and that he would be paid shortly. The player confirmed that he was told last night via live help that his payout is being processed. He will provide confirmation to SBR in the next few days if the payout is received.

SmartLiveGaming players with feedback are encouraged to write to mail@sportsbookreview.com.
