A Unibet Sportsbook player has filed a complaint.

The player claims to have profited €3,400 on in-play betting wagers. He put in for his first withdrawal request in the amount of €900.

He provided the necessary documents to comply with the Know Your Customer (KYC) process but has not been paid.

The player told SBR that he provided two sets of address verification but had his account disabled by the sports betting site. He was advised that his funds are frozen and would not be returned, and that the decision was final.

Unibet will not address the particulars of this or other complaints with SBR per their privacy policy. The player has been advised to launch a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). While the company is financially solvent, Unibet has maintained the rating level of B for many reports of subpar customer service and excessive account closures.
