A Topbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has submitted a payout complaint.

The player has reported that a payout that he requested on June 4 for $1,300 has yet to be fulfilled.

The funds were deducted from his sports betting account along with a $40 fee on June 8 after he followed up a number of times asking for an ETA on the payout being processed.

He has been advised of a delay with third party processors ever since and had to have his payout method switched to cheque in the interim. The player has filed a complaint asking SBR for assistance communicating with the betting site on his behalf.

Topbet had their rating lowered by Sportsbook Review on May 27 after a handful of payout complaints were submitted by players around the same stretch of the year that the sportsbook had processing issues last year.

The online sportsbook told SBR that they expect to have bitcoin available as a funding and payment option in time for the start of the American football season.
