Topbet Sportsbook Payout Complaint #6

A sixth payout complaint has been filed against Topbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C).

Sportsbook Review reported on April 18 that five Topbet players reported delinquent withdrawal requests.

The players all reported being owed funds through the same method. Topbet has stated they cannot cancel the pending withdrawals due to the likelihood of players being paid twice.

The sixth complaint reads very similar to the others on file.

Topbet player: "I requested my withdrawal on March 9th, I still have yet to receive my money. The payout was for $2206.60 and the time period is supposed to be 5-8 days. It has been well over a month and all they keep telling me is its processed to my card, which obviously it hasn't. Then they tell me they will email me the reference number so I can track the money, they told me that two weeks ago and I have yet to receive that either," the complaint read.

Topbet management has maintained an open line of communication with Sportsbook Review on the complaints, and have indicated that the delays are limited to one processing method.
