Topbet Sportsbook Addresses Latest Payout Complaint
Topbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) have addressed the payment complaint reported on September 29.
A player had claimed that he had asked for six $2,500 requests with his oldest request dating back to August 19.
The player filed a complaint because the payment request fell outside the advertised 10-15 business day time-frame. Topbet has followed up with the player and given an updated estimate on when he should expect to be paid.
SBR has asked the player to confirm when he receives his payment, and asks other players who have not already done so to submit a sportsbook complaint form if they are in need of assistance.
