The TonyBet Sportsbook complaint reported on two weeks ago has been resolved.

A TonyBet player claimed that a £900 payout request had not been received: the request was started after the player completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process on 1 December 2015.

The player's original complaint, in his own words:

TonyBet Player: "I have sent numerous emails to Tonybet and have explained I have not received the payments and explained that the payments need to be reissued directly into the account. My account with Tonyet was closed permanently by Tonybet when I requested the account was closed for a week as I did not want to flutter through my winning while waiting on the id checks etc.I don't really know what to do, as I did spend money in Tonybet and have spent money on there sites thinking I was going to receive winning of £900. "

The player has since confirmed that the payment has been received. There was reportedly a banking delay on the player's end that caused the funds not to be paid within the advertised time-frame.

TonyBet is a D rated online betting site. The online sportsbook is located in Estonia.
