Tipbet Sportsbook Reviewing Forum Complaint

Share with:

Tipbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) is reviewing a forum complaint shared by a poster.

The player claimed that after accumulating just over €4,000 in profit, he was asked to undergo the Know Your Customer (KYC) process again as the ID he originally signed up with had since expired.

After doing so, his account was later closed. The player reported that Tipbet accused him of being part of a betting syndicate. Sportsbooks that accuse players of being part of a syndicate are typically referring to a group of accounts that conspire to circumvent limits by betting on common markets and pooling together their resources. In some cases, the same ringleader would control the accounts and receive multiple signup bonuses.

Tipbet acknowledged being aware of the complaint and will soon provide their side of the story.

The online sportsbook was added to the sportsbook rating guide at the mark of C in May of 2016.
