Three SBG Global slow-pays on file

SBR has three SBG Global (SBR rating D-) payout complaints on file. The three players are owed a combined $17,525, and have been waiting since March 5th, 2012. Each of the players gave a similar account of their user experience with SBG, and currently wait for an update on the status of their funds. SBR is looking into each player's complaint, and will be updating this sportsbook report against SBGGlobal.com.

Player one requested a $6,000 payout on March 5th, 2012. The player tells SBR that SBG Global cancelled the withdrawal and changed the payout method eighteen days later. He has allegedly been in constant communication with SBG through telephone regarding not receiving the payout within a fourteen day business day window.

Player two asked for a $5,000 payment on April 3rd, 2012. The player is nervously awaiting an update from SBG Global, sitting on a balance of $4,547 and afraid to continue to place bets. SBG Global has given only generic updates that his funds would be received within the quoted time-frame; though that time-frame has now passed.

Player three put in a $6,525 request on April 10th, 2012. The player was told that the funds were not sent for ten days due to an unmentioned banking holiday. As of today, the player has not received the funds. He has only been told of the fourteen business day time-frame, which the payment has not been received in.
