TheSportsbook.com addresses complaint

TheSportsbook.com (SBR rating C) has addressed the slow-pay complaint reported by SBR on February 12th. A player wrote to SBR with negative feedback. The player told SBR that she had attempted to make a withdrawal for $520 since February second, and noted the removal of live chat service from TheSportsbook's website. | TheSportsbook comment

TheSportsbook.com:

The withdrawal has been initiated and will be paid out in the very short term. She had not formally requested the withdrawal (just asked for it via email) and as a result there was a delay in getting the process moving. That said, she will be paid shortly, has been contacted, and will be updated once I can confirm the exact day (likely early next week) she can expect the funds.

TheSportsbook.com's downgrade to C
On February 4th, SBR downgraded TheSportsbook from C+ to C in the sportsbook ratings guide. TheSportsbook.com confirmed that it would not continue to invest in the brand from a marketing standpoint, but stated that its current stable of players were being paid as normal. TheSportsbook.com cited difficulties with payment processors as reason for its focus shifting onto new gaming ventures.

Players are advised to request their funds from TheSportsbook.com and to update SBR on the ease of withdrawal. Players can write with feedback to help@sportsbookreview.com.
