SuperLenny player has not so super experience

Share with:

A SuperLenny (SBR rating C) player has filed a sportsbook complaint.

The player detailed that he was recently asked to undergo the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with the online sportsbook.

SuperLenny required the player to provide a copy of his ID, utility bill, a copy of his latest deposit, and to be interviewed by telephone.

The player believes he successfully passed the phone call, which questioned him extensively on the wagers he placed.

Following the phone call, the player was told that he was now verified and could log-in to request a withdrawal as normal. However, upon logging in, the player noted he was still suspended, and a day later the online sportsbook returned only his initial deposit of €100.

Sportsbook Review is investigating the SuperLenny complaint.

SuperLenny players in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.

SuperLenny was added to the online sportsbooks rating guide November of 2015. The online sportsbook is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
