MOHAWK TERRITORY OF KAHNAWAKE - July 25th, 2011 -

Sports Interaction today announced that it has successfully completed a comprehensive independent audit of its online gambling operations by Gaming Associates (GA), the regulatory compliance auditor. The audit was conducted at the request of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) as part of the KGC's Continual Compliance Program for licensees. Industry watchdog Sportsbook Review (SportsbookReview.com) attended the first day of auditing.

The audit inspection covered Sports Interaction's finances and operations including sportsbook trading and risk management, casino, poker, fixed odds games, security, customer support, accounting, software development, database management, IT, and marketing.

"Sports Interaction's performance in this audit was exceptionally good," said Alan Pedley, CEO of Gaming Associates. "The audit inspections were conducted onsite. There was no pre-briefing other than the range of regulations considered in-scope. Sports Interaction didn't know anything about the order or approach of our compliance examination and tests. Having reviewed Sports Interaction's operations, records and reports we can assure players that the company meets a high regulatory standard. Customers of Sports Interaction can have confidence in being treated fairly."

The audit was far-ranging. Issues covered included: player age and identity verification; Know Your Customer procedures; player protection and the control of underage gambling; confidentiality of player information; financial reconciliation, accounting and liquidity; effective risk controls for managing events; policies and processes for complaints and dispute resolution; record keeping and reports; responsible gaming; security systems, secure data transmission; internal restrictions to player data; and anti-collusion controls.

"We are very pleased to see Sports Interaction successfully completed its first inspection under our new Continual Compliance Program (CCP)," said Dean Montour, Chairman of the KGC. "No igaming regulatory body has taken bigger steps than the KGC over the past two years to improve the way its licensees are being inspected. Sports Interaction has always set itself high operating standards but now customers can bet safe in the knowledge that its operations are being regularly inspected by independent auditors to continually meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance."

"Sports Interaction has always embraced the KGC's regulations," said a spokesperson from Sports Interaction. "We welcome the Continual Compliance Program as a necessary step at a moment when the integrity of egaming operators is at an all time low. Players are more concerned than ever about how egaming companies are being managed, their financial stability and the safety of player balances. There is no better way to address these concerns and win player trust than by making our operations completely transparent to inspectors from credible, independent auditors such as Gaming Associates."

Sportsbook Review witness the audit of Sports Interaction
The audit coincided with a visit to Sports Interaction's offices by the industry's pre-eminent watchdog SportsBook Review (SBR). SBR was given the opportunity to witness the live inspection of Sports Interaction departments by Gaming Associates inspectors.

"We've never witnessed an operator audited before now," said Bill Dozer of SportsBookReview.com. "It seemed a brave move on SIA's part to allow a watchdog to see the audit unfurl because this was their first time and they clearly had no idea how the inspection would be done. The SIA guys were literally running reports in front of us to bring up the evidence required to demonstrate compliance in real-time. The auditor would ask to see a client record from a specific date range and then request the client's registration documents proving their age, identity and address had been properly verified. Sports Interaction's back office systems were very thorough and really impressive."
