Sportsbook Review news week in review: In today's SBR iGaming News video update, the latest topics from the SBR newswire are covered including the submission of the thirtieth Mobibet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) complaint involving the confiscation of €500. Other topics include new sportsbook comparison directory pages authored by SBR.

Behind Mobibet Sportsbook's blacklisting by SBR

One of Mobibet's three founding partners spoke to SBR at length via telephone conference regarding the reports of confiscated winnings made by then more than two dozen players. Mobibet Sportsbook claimed that many of these players violated newly implemented rules which outlaw "bonus abuse" - which is defined very broadly by Mobibet as a player who comes in with the intents of systematically profiting off their bonuses. For a practical example, Mobibet themselves painted the picture of a player who deposited for a signup bonus and went all in on the first wager: If the player won, Mobibet claims the player would lower his subsequent bet amounts until rollover was completed, giving the house little chance of another "all in" position. The ludicrous thought process was quickly shot down by SBR although Mobibet felt comfortable in its position, especially after advisement by software host EveryMatrix LLC (OddsMatrix). Mobibet to date refuses to pay players who they label bonus hustlers; SBR at least successfully saw to the payment of approximately one dozen of the players who sought SBR assistance. The rest of the confiscations remain outstanding, hence Mobibet Sportsbook's entry on the scam sportsbook and casino blacklist.

Matchbook donates soccer commissions generated April the 1st

On a more positive note, the iGaming News video also touches on the news SBR broke last week that popular betting exchange Matchbook (SBR rating A) agreed to donate all soccer commissions generated April the 1st to worthy charity 'Right To Play'. The move of generosity came following a four-month long period where soccer bets were traded at 0%.
