A (SBR rating D-) player submits a payout complaint. The player tells SBR that he has three pending withdrawals for $2,500 each. The player says that his initial payout requests were canceled in June with the funds credited back into his gaming account. On October 22nd, SBR reported that a player who made a withdrawal of $6,800 on July 22nd, 2011 also had his payout canceled with the funds placed back into the account. | player complaints

On September 28th, 2011, SBR published a report that moved non-US players to - an operation based in Malta that acts as a sublicense to WinUnited Ltd, the company which powers online bookmaker Youwin Sportsbook (SBR rating D-).

Outstanding player complaints: player: I have been trying to make withdrawal for over 3 months....First they told me documents not received, Ive sent passport , drivers license, utility bills etc.etc.etc...Tried Debit card, tried checks, then Bank Transfer. Waited a month for bank transfer then they said, my bank is not on their list. Read your forums on how you've help people...please help me, and Ill transfer to your site. Getting rediculus. player #2: I have made a withdraw for $6800 since July 22, 2011 and still have not received my withdraw. They have told me that something was wrong with the processor and credited the money back into my account. They told me to resubmit the withdraw and I did on August 20, and again this withdraw has been canceled and recredited into my account, stating that there was something wrong with the processor. I resubmited the withdraw on 10/6/11 and is still waiting for this money. They told me it will take 6-8 weeks. It seems as though I will not get my money at all, and I am wishing SBR can help me resolve this some how. All they are telling me is to wait, and that everything in my bank account seems to be verified and I should be getting my money within this time frame. But what if it gets canceled again? What should I do, and customer's of not get their money at all? I hope you guys can do something about it!! Thanks!!
