A US (SBR rating D-) player submits a payout complaint. The player informed SBR that he requested a bank transfer of $10,000 on June 7th, 2012. The funds were to be delivered in six to eight weeks. After not receiving the payment as of August 2nd, the player followed up with customer service, who requested he switch methods to receive the payout sooner.

The player notes that he requested four financial instruments in place of the original payout. He was not given any information on when he would receive the makeup payments. SBR has followed up with management to confirm the player's new pay-by date, and if the payout will be expedited in light of the initially botched request.

On September 28th, SBR reported that redirected all non-US players to an operation headquartered in Malta, operated under WinUnited Ltd. Win United Ltd. also powers YouWin Sportsbook (SBR rating C-). The move was initially poorly received as players were told they would lose all pending futures bets upon the migration. Management eventually made the concession to offer players a choice of retaining or forfeiting the tickets.
