A Sportsbook.com (ag) player reports waiting since June 13th for a $210 withdrawal. The player detailed his frustration in an email to SBR which included a generic response on behalf of Sportsbook.com. SBR is following up on this complaint. | Sportsbook.com statement

 

Sportsbook.com: It was brought to my attention that you were dissatisfied with the service given on a chat with us regarding your pending $210.00 and our status as a company. First and foremost, I offer my sincerest apologies for any dissatisfaction caused. I want you to know that our current payout time frames are temporary and mostly due to our processor's weekly limitations. Rest assured that as a company, we are working diligently to send any payout as soon as possible and although we advertise 3-4 weeks, for the method you selected, we have managed to average less than it in many occasions. Regarding our status as a company, I want you to know that while we are aware of an email notice that has been in circulation advising our members to withdrawal funds we are unaware of the origin or reason for this notification. We appreciated your business, rest assured that nothing has changed and we are still conducting business as usual. We are committed to ensuring your online gaming experience continues to be the best that it can be.
