A (SBR rating C-) payment complaint has been received. Two months ago a player requested a withdrawal of $1691 and was asked to provide credit card documentation before his payout could be processed. The player obliged to all requests. After confirming that the required information was submitted, allowed the player to make his withdrawal request, then canceled it after a week claiming that his account hasn't been verified. The player states that he spoke to ten different customer service representatives via the telephone, in addition to numerous live chat requests. SBR is investigating.

Player comments:

They have taken over 2 months to verify my account. I have provided them with every credit card ever used on the account and identification necessary. They finally allowed me to make a withdrawal and then after a week, canceled the withdrawal. They now claim that they can still not verify my account. I have spoken to over 10 10 representatives on the phone and emailed and conducted chats with them endlessly. I do not know what else I can do. My account has $1691 in it.
