The player filed his confiscation claim with SBR in March of 2011 and has confirmed with SBR that new ownership credited him with $20,000. The BetOnline Group (SBR rating B+) acquired (now .ag) in June. BetOnline tells SBR it is in the process of clearing all delinquent and pending payouts under the old brand.

On February 26th, 2011, the player opened an account with, a white label skin. He deposited approximately $12,000 through Moneybookers over the next two days. The player continued to wager at the site until March 7th, increasing his balance to $32,000.

On March 7th, confiscated the player's winnings and refunded only his deposits. Upon contacting customer service, the player was told that because of a rule saying players could only have one account, Win4Real was confiscating his winnings. He also had an account at sister site The account was unfunded and dormant over the previous six months.

The player was aware of the rule on file, and had specifically went to live support to confirm that he would be cleared to play with Win4Real. The player provided SBR with this screenshot:

Sportsbook Review met with the new management team, who stated its desire to pay cheated players who filed a claim with SBR against the old Sportsbetting. During the meeting management told SBR: "This is an obvious case of theft and we will credit the player in full."

Management is currently reviewing archived disputes submitted to SBR. A ratings upgrade is expected when the full list is addressed.

BetOnline has been in business since 2006 without any cases of cheating players.
