Two (SBR rating D) players confirm receiving payment. Player one received an $1,800 check payout requested on March 11th. Player two received a $2,500 withdrawal requested the beginning of April; he still as a $9,500 bank withdrawal outstanding. Twenty-two slow-pay complaints are presently on file. Players are owed a combined $129,904.

The majority of the slow-pays are via banking method. told players that they were in the process of switching processors. Players complain that the online sportsbook has increased their average payment time-frame up to 20 to 62 business days.

One player tells SBR that he requested $5,600 on April 25th. was unable to process the payment, and provided him with the following email statement indicating that his funds were placed back into his account: "After speaking to our Payments Team regarding your withdrawal, I regret to inform you that there has been an issue with the processing of your withdrawal between us sending you the funds and you receiving them Unfortunately, your funds have been returned to your account and we are investigating the cause of this situation."

Another player frustrated with the increased payment time-frame details going on a winning streak, only to wait more than 30 business days with little update from the company on when exactly he will receive his funds. has discontinued offering tracking numbers to players, leading players to become increasingly anxious over when payment will ultimately be made.

A player that requested two withdrawals — one for $9,500 and one for $6,300 — told SBR that he spoke with an employee who identified himself as a withdrawal assistance specialist from the accounting department. The player states that the employee acknowledged the payout issues, stating all players would be paid eventually.

The twenty-two players all tell a similar story. Their deposits were processed instantly, their withdrawal requests are dealt with in slow-motion. Players detail having difficulty speaking with account supervisors, being given generic answers from customer service and being left in the dark on why it is taking so long to get paid. player:  "I read your page on and am contacting you because I'm having the same problem.  I requested a cashout via bank wire of $5500 that was approved over 20 business days ago.  The support people keep telling me that they are having problems with a payment processor and that I will receive a call from a "withdraw specialist".  I of course have received no calls, and I'm getting nervous that I'm not going to get paid." has been downgraded by SBR from a rating of D+ to D. Players with balances are advised to immediately cease wagering until the sportsbook shows that it can honor its payment obligations. SBR will update this report.
