complaints hit SBR mailbox

Two new (SBR rating D+) complaints have been reported. The players tell SBR that took one of their most popular payment methods away; and are telling the players that the only way to receive their funds involve them waiting between 20 and 62 business days. SBR has received numerous player complaints this year, and downgraded the sportsbook to a rating of D+.

Player one requested a withdrawal for $2,500 on March 30th, 2012. The player has been told the same story of processing woes that other players have reported. is now telling players that they are switching banks and as a result certain banking payouts are no longer offered. The player tells SBR he has no idea when or if he will receive his payout, and asks for an update.

Player two requested a withdrawal of $3,500. His payout was allegedly going to be divided among two cheques; the first for $2,500, the second for $1,000. He has also been advised that his payment would not be made for at least 20 to 62 business days. The player asked SBR if such time-frames were usual in the offshore sportsbook industry. (SBR rating D+) has failed to give SBR concrete information on when payouts are expected to turn around. SBR believes that the sportsbook is attempting to operate on the float until the fall; which is usually the sportsbook's most lucrative part of the year.

SBR will update this report as more information becomes available. player: "Same complaint that I have been reading on here regarding payouts from I have 2 withdrawals by wire with them - one for $9,500 and one for $6,300. Both were processed by last month and should have been wired to my bank account by now. Unfortunately when I email my account host - Derek Jones - he can't tell me anything. He just tells me that management has told him to tell players that it will be 20-62 business days for us to get our withdrawals, and that a withdrawal specialist should be contacting me every step of the way so I know the status of my withdrawals. Shocking, but I have not had an email or call from anyone at this outfit.  I finally talked to a "withdrawal assistance specialist" by chat tonight, and basically was told that they acknowledge having issues, and everyone will be paid "eventually". But they still can not say when, only that everyone will be paid.....and to just sit tight."
