A SmartLiveGaming (SBR rating D+) player has submitted a wagering complaint. The player made an in-play wager on an international soccer match between Maribor and Radomolje on the under 1.5, which was trading at 2.60. The wager was settled correctly as a win, but later voided on account of "rapid fluctuation" on the betting odds.

The player blasted SmartLiveGaming at the Sportsbook Review industry forum by pointing out that the odds of 2.60 on the under 1.5 in the 81st minute of the match were trading just five cents higher than the odds offered at betting site Bwin. SBR has confirmed that the wager as placed was in-line with the betting market.

SmartLiveGaming's casino is powered by the OddsMatrix Group.

Player: "9:40 PM (81th minute of the match) , Bwin @ 2.65 , smartlive @ 2.60.bwin settled won , smartlive voided. 9:41 PM (82th minute of the match) , Gamebookers @ 2.30 , smartlive was @ 2.25. 9:43 PM (84th minute of the match) , Partybet @ 1.95 , smartlive was @ 1.90. By these 3 bets , we can judge that there was no "rapid fluctuation on the odds"..As we can see , the odds are decreasing gradually; decreasing from 2.60 to 1.90 within 3 minutes is quite logic because it was the last 7 minutes of the game."

Sportsbook Review is confirming the facts provided by the player with SmartLiveGaming to establish a time-line.
