Second BetCruise Player Files Payment Complaint

Update 10/12: BetCruise has said that the delay with Neteller has been resolved. The player has since received his withdrawal.

A BetCruise player has written in and claimed that a withdrawal of €1,174 requested about a week ago has yet to be processed, despite a 72 hour time-frame advertised by the sportsbook.

Sportsbook Review reported on October 5 that a BetCruise player requested a payout of €220 on September 28 that has yet to be fulfilled.

Sportsbook Review is waiting for comment from BetCruise on both cases.
