SBR Forum Posters Discuss Bitcoin's Price Movement

Share with:

Sports bettors holding their bankrolls in bitcoin enjoyed a nice little surge past $910 this morning after the digital currency dipped below $900 off and on for the previous week. While sports bettors who acquire bitcoin only as a means to deposit are unaffected by swings one way or another, many gamblers have fashioned themselves into full-fledged digital currency investors, speculating on the price of the digital coin and analyzing chart movements in the bitcoin betting forum.

In one current thread titled Bitcoin Price Tracking & Discussion 2017, SBR Forum member triplecrown333 shares his present buying strategy: "I am buying 1 a day to average down for the Super Bowl until I hit 10."

Regarding the relative stability of BTC around the $890 level of the past week, SBR Forum member Sam Odom had this to say: "Been sorta  dull... dull is good for us sports bettors."

Gamblers who don't have the patience or stomach to sit through the swings of bitcoin simply need to use the sportsbook rating guide to choose a sports betting site that converts deposits to their native currency, whether that is USD, EUR, GBP, or other, to bypass market volatility. Then players are only subject to swings in the time it takes to request a cashout and withdraw to a bank account or from an ATM using a bitcoin card such as Bitpay.

Sportsbook Review recently released a bitcoin tutorial for newbies who haven't yet made the transition to using the digital coin for their transactions.

The table below reflects the daily closing price of bitcoin dating back to 1 November 2016. Bitcoin cracked $1,000 for the first time in over three years to start 2017.
