Parimatch sports bettor details frustrating experience

An online sportsbook complaint has been submitted against sports betting website Parimatch.

A player claimed that he has been desperately attempting to place a withdrawal for his €109 balance, and in the process has provided a total of 19 documents necessary to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

It is not uncommon for sports betting sites to request multiple forms of identification when it is believed that there is a discrepancy with a player's registration details.

Players can often expedite the KYC process by having their documents certified by a public notary. Sportsbook Review detailed why the KYC process is necessary in this sports betting editorial.

Sportsbook Review has followed up with a Parimatch customer service representative for comment on the dispute.

The online sportsbook primarily focuses on the Russian market, and holds a sub-license issued by the Curacao government.

Parimatch has been added to the online sportsbooks rating guide with an initial rating of D+.
