Otobet Sportsbook Player's $2,000 Payout Complaint
An Otobet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player signed up and deposited $500 on June 25, 2016.
He increased his balance to more than $2,000 as of July 16.
The player detailed emailing the online sportsbook with copies of his credit card verification documents, as well as a copy of his driver's license, VISA front and back, utility bill with current address, and a screen capture of the online banking website.
He has attempted to request payment as of June 27 by sending messages to the online sportsbook via their email and live chat options, and has noted that the telephone number displayed on the sportsbook website is not currently functional.
Whenever the player attempts to submit a withdrawal request he received a notification informing him that he must verify his documents. The player has become concerned that he will have difficulty getting paid his winnings in light of this, and has asked Sportsbook Review for assistance.
Otobet Sportsbook Player: "Whenever I try to submit a withdrawal request, it brings me to the same screen telling me to verify my docs which I have done several times. I am starting to think I will never be able to withdraw my winnings since I cannot even contact anyone live (chat or phone). Please help if at all possible as I have never experienced something like this before. What should I do?"
Sportsbook Review has asked Otobet to confirm the player's complaint.
