Noxwin Sportsbook Player Thinks He Was Freerolled
A Noxwin Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a betting complaint.
The player signed up and received a 100% bonus up to €50. He received the offer via email.
He claimed the bonus and completed the play-through requirement associated with the bonus, bringing his balance up to €1,551.
At this point, he asked for a withdrawal from the sportsbook and in response the betting site debited €1,501 from his account. He was told that he breached the bonus terms and conditions. He was refunded his initial deposit to his Neteller account anda dvised that he was not eligible for the bonus after all, despite receiving an email advertising the bonus and wagering as normal after depositing.
He has asked Noxwin to reconsider since he bet, had a chance to lose, only to be told his action was no good after the fact. As it stands, the player believes he was freerolled, meaning his only available option was to lose his deposited €50 — the betting site had no intention to pay his winnings. A freeroll refers to a sportsbook giving a player only the chance at busting out with no possibility of winning a bet, despite booking the action.
