New LSbet Sportsbook complaint filed
- LSbet player deposited €650 on August 21
- Player accepted sign-up bonus
- Account closed after 10 days
- Book alleges "duplicated account"
- Second such complaint raised against LSbet
An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a complaint against the betting site with SBR. The player's claims are similar to those raised in the recent LSbet dispute reported by SBR.
The LSbet player claims that he created his account on August 21, depositing €650. He accepted a sign up bonus. After ten days, the player has stated that LSbet suspended his account and asked for a range of ID documents including a picture holding his ID and a sign displaying his account number. LSbet then reopened the account and the player believed he had fully passed their Know Your Customer (KYC) process. He proceeded to increase his balance with €3700 in winnings before his account was closed again on September 28.
Following his latest account suspension, LSbet cited the violation of their terms and conditions. Specifically, LSbet charged the player with breaking their one person to an account rule, the "duplicated account" rule.
In the previous LSbet complaint reported by SBR, a player admitted that had six other professional gamblers made identical wagers under his same roof with LSbet, and that these players resided in his home as temporary residents for the purpose of wagering at sportsbooks together and sharing tips. The application of the rule in this instance appeared just.
Sportsbook Review is questioning the player on the extent of his wagering activity and if other bettors operated LSbet accounts from within his household.
SBR is also awaiting comment from LSbet on the complaints.
