The first sportsbook complaint following Bet770's rebranding as NetBet has been received. A player has claimed that an August 8th payout request has not been filled by NetBet, which promises to process payouts within the same week. NetBet alleged that the user did not provide a banking statement until August 17 and that this delayed the normal payout cycle.

The player countered with an argument of NetBet Sportsbook not informing him his bank statement was required at the time he made his payout request.

SBR reported on August 4 that Bet770 Sportsbook re-branded as NetBet Sport group.

One sportsbook dispute remains on file for Bet770/Netbet. SBR reported on July 7 that a player had €940 confiscated from his account, which included bonus cash. Bet770 claimed that in January 2013 their systems were upgraded to separately show real and bonus cash balances, and that weeks prior players were notified that outstanding bonus rollovers must be met ahead of schedule.  SBR argued that retroactively changing bonus terms to add an expiration date was against the industry standard. Bet770 rejected the line of thinking.
