LSbet vs. Player: Winnings Confiscated after Skype Call

Share with:

An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has filed a complaint.

The player deposited €240 for a 50% bonus of €120. After running up his balance to over €1,500, he was asked to go through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process with the online sports betting site.

He sent selfies to the book as requested but failed a Skype call quiz according to LSbet. He claims he correctly accounted for his account activity and answered questions like what bets has his account made, but his answers were not satisfactory enough for the sportsbook to keep his account open.

LSbet confiscated the player's winnings and refunded his initial deposit. The player feels he has been mislabeled as a multi-accounter or troublemaker and insists that all of the wagers placed were of his own creation.

Sportsbook Review has asked LSbet for comment on the case.
