InstantActionSports player frustrated by lack of payout choices

InstantActionSports news

The InstantActionSports (SBR rating D+) player who SBR reported has been waiting for a $5,000 payout since July is seemingly out of options.

He originally requested to receive the $5,000 through interbook transfer but this request was stalled and eventually cancelled. SBR confirmed with the third party betting site that IAS is no longer a sportsbook transfers are conducted with.

Later, IAS claimed that $5,000 was sent through bank transfer but this request too was not received.

SBR connected with an InstantActionSports manager and was told that Skrill withdrawals are all delayed as the company is in the process of reconfiguring their Skrill account to use a different bank. Bank transfers are also affected.

This is the third slow-pay complaint against the betting site on file. SBR reported on October 8 that following the discussion with IAS management, players were given the option to accept smaller denomination payouts through Person to Person while the more convenient eWallet and bank transfer options were worked on.

Unfortunately for the player referenced in this report, he lives in a country where he cannot reliably access a Person to Person location, and has exhausted all other options to be paid his funds. In addition to the $5,000 pending withdrawal, he has a $22,000 total balance with InstantActionSports and is concerned he will not be paid.

InstantActionSports was downgraded to D+ by SBR on September 9, 2014, and may face additional downgrades if it cannot handle payment obligations.

InstantActionSports players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.

SBR will update as more news develops.
