InstantActionSports comments on payout complaint

Online sports betting site InstantActionSports (SBR rating D) has commented on the report of a stalled payout plan from a player with a balance over $25,000.

The player has been waiting for a $5,000 interbook transfer which was originally requested on December 6.

The player reached out to SBR for assistance as he was not getting anywhere.

A customer service representative with InstantActionSports claimed that the accounting department would have the payout processed as soon as possible. No information was given on the delay or the status of player payments at the online betting site.

The player's last payout of $4,000 was received after three months of waiting, despite a 10 business day time-frame being given at the time. Management has addressed this complaint with SBR previously, prompting the player to reach out once again for assistance.
