SBR news correspondent Natalie Rydstrom discusses player disputes involving 10Bet, Bet770, and BetWay sportsbook. Natalie welcomes dispute analyst Justin7 later in the program for an update on his current Sportsbook Review dispute case load. A copy of today's iGaming news video session is available in the full sportsbook news article.

Fresh in the SBR mailbag is a $750 winnings dispute reported by a 10Bet player. The player claims that after depositing $150, accepting a bonus and meeting rollover, the sportsbook confiscated his winnings and refunded his deposit. The player was accused of multi-account fraud; a charge he denied in his initial statement to SBR. 10Bet is rated C by SBR. Check the Sportsbook Review newswire for more details on this case.

Next up is a £1,190 payout complaint from a Bet770 player. The player claims he supplied proof of ID, a utility bill, as well as submitting to a telephone interview with the Bet770 security department --- but has to date NOT been paid. Bet770 is rated C- by SBR.

Lastly, a Betway player who opened his account with a £25 deposit, increased his balance to £406 over the course of two bets, has had his winnings confiscated on the grounds of “irregular play patterns”. The player states his only wagers were Chelsea and Real Madrid. The player received his deposit back along with an email which read, “Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

SBR is following up on this complaint; check the SBR newswire for any updates.

Joining us now, is Justin7, lead dispute analyst for SBR.
