HitItBet player claims his winnings and deposit have been forfeited
A HitItBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) complaint has been filed.
A player has claimed that he registered with HitItBet last week and deposited €20. He profited in the sportsbook and increased his balance to €1192.After attempting to log-in to his account today, he received a message that his account was not found.
He followed up with HitItBet customer service and was told that he violated their terms and conditions.He asked what specifically he violated from HitItBet's terms and was told that the decision was final and that no other information could be provided.
He claimed to have sent all necessary verification documents toward passing their KYC process.
HitItBet reportedly has refused to refund even the deposited funds to the player.

HitItBet made SBR headlines in July of 2013 after confiscating two players' winnings and allegedly donating their funds to charity.
HitItBet email to player: "Your account has been created on April 21st, and since we have not received the necessary documents from you, your account has been disabled and the remaining funds have been sent to charities."
