GtBets Sportsbook news

On April 27th, SBR reported a Gtbets Sportsbook (SBR rating B-) player filed a bonus complaint. The player claimed he was limited to $20 bets with $1,882 in rollover remaining. He deposited $500 for a $250 bonus on April 18th. Sportsbook Review  followed up with Gtbets Sportsbook to discuss the claim.

Gtbets stated that the player was approximately 30% through his rollover. He was offered a prorated 2/3rd of his balance or the chance to continue playing at revised limits. The player is considered non-recreational, a player that commonly looks for advantageous situations as opposed to betting for "action".

The player was unwilling to accept the prorated payout, though in his original Gtbets complaint he asked for bonus proration. He has decided to continue betting toward his rollover. SBR considers this dispute closed.
