GoalWin Sportsbook unable to pay players?
A second GoalWin Sportsbook (unrated) payout complaint has been received. A player requested €2000 and was told that while his payout request was received, GoalWin could offer no time-line on when it would be fulfilled. The standard message is disguised as a personally written explanation but is in fact recycled to multiple users whenever a payout request is made.
GoalWin Sportsbook to player:
"We have been in contact with our Payment Department and they have informed us that your withdrawal of 2000 EUR is fine, and that it will be processed as soon as possible. They have also informed us that it is currently impossible to give you an estimated date for the process. We want to underline that we are very sorry for this trouble, and we apologize for any inconveniences this delay may cause you. Please inform us if we can help you with anything else in the meantime." -GoalWin
SBR reported last week that a player who requested €152 from GoalWin on August 26 had not yet been paid.
SBR is currently in the process of evaluating a low starting rating for GoalWin, and may in fact blacklist the online sportsbook if users do not report payment. GoalWin is continuing to accept deposits but has shown it is unable to pay their clients.
GoalWin users in need of assistance are asked to write to SBR.
