GoalWin Sportsbook payout complaint

A GoalWin (unrated) player has reported a payout requested on August 26 has yet to be made. The player is attempting to withdraw €152 from his account. GoalWin acknowledged the delay in an email sent to the player but made no promises as to when the request would be fulfilled. SBR is following up on the sportsbook complaint.

GoalWin sent the following email to the player:

"We understand that your patience is starting to run out. And we really understand that you are disappointed with the service that Goalwin are providing to you right now. However we can assure you that we are doing our best to process your withdrawal as soon as possible. We have sent another reminder to our Payment department today, telling them to release your withdrawal asap!" —GoalWin support
