Globet Sportsbook player owed €520
A Globet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) player has filed a payout complaint. The player tells SBR that he requested a €520 payout on September 30 and has yet to be paid. The player has received only generic updates from the Globet finance department and has not been told when he will receive payment. SBR downgraded Globet Sportsbook to D last week.
Globet users have came forward in droves over the last six months to complain of extended processing times beyond what's listed on the website. Globet claims to have a 2-3 working day payout window, but in fact requests usually take several weeks to be paid. While Globet management has generally been responsive to SBR, no comments have been given on the general state of affairs that may be contributing to the delays.
SBR lowered the Globet rating on October 9 to reflect their poor handling of customer payouts. The sportsbook has expressed no desire to be interviewed or to go on the record about what may be transpiring behind the curtains at the once slightly better regarded outfit.
Players should be advised that Globet is not processing payouts in the time-frame advertised on their website. SBR remains available to help players with payout issues and will continue to act as a voice for these users in its interactions with Globet staff.
