ComeOn Sportsbook vs. Player: €2,000 Balance Confiscated

Share with:

A ComeOn Sportsbook player has claimed that a €2,000 balance was confiscated from his betting account.

The player claims to have sent all documents requested to satisfy the terms of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in place at the online sports betting website.

However, his account was closed due to allegedly violating the terms and conditions of the sportsbook.

The player has denied wrongdoing and has followed up multiple times with the customer service team at ComeOn, though they have been unable to speak further on the issue. It appears from what has been shared that there is a dispute with respect to the accuracy of the player's KYC documents.

Sportsbook Review has asked ComeOn for comment on the complaint. The player's next step would be to launch a complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
