ComeOn Sportsbook cites rule 5.1 to deny player his winnings
A ComeOn (SBR rating C-) player has filed a betting complaint. The player stated that on August 26 his account was forfeited with a balance of near €1800. He has claimedthat ComeOn cited rule 5.1 from their terms and conditions as the reason for the account closure, with very little other information. | ComeOn complaint
Rule 5.1 reads as follows:
ComeOn reserves the right to close your player's account and/or the services provided by ComeOn with immediate effect and without prior notice if you fail to comply with any provision in these terms & conditions. In case your player's account is closed you may no longer use the site and/or the services provided by ComeOn. If your player's account is closed due to a material breach of these terms & conditions, ComeOn will honor previous contractual obligations however any winnings obtained after the breach in the said terms & conditions will be forfeited to the operator.
The player denies any wrongdoing and has indicated ComeOn has provided no additional information on his €1800 balance. Sportsbook Review is investigating the complaint and will determine if the player's deposit has been refunded, and what grounds there are to seize all account winnings.
