Cashpoint Sportsbook account closure dispute

Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) dispute. A Cashpoint Sportsbook player states that his account has been terminated. The player registered with Cashpoint, depositing €100 and placed nine bets before having his account closed. The sportsbook stated only that it would no longer accept bets from the player. The player's concern is that the sportsbook is only willing to pay him via bank wire, whilst he deposited by eWallet. SBR is investigating.

Cashpoint player account closure dispute
On 12/29, a Cashpoint player stated that his account has been closed. The player deposited €100 on December 18th, 2010, and began wagering. Within 3 days the player reported that his limits were slashed to €1. On December 29th, the player states that his account was closed without his deposit being returned.

Cashpoint wagering dispute
On 12/28, SBR reported that a Cashpoint player who deposited €100 by Moneybookers was limited to €. Despite Cashpoint clearly choosing not to accept his business, the player was refused to allow to withdrawal until his deposit was rolled over at least once.

Cashpoint voids player's account and bonus
On 11/11, SBR reported that a Cashpoint player who deposited €100 in exchange for a 100% bonus had his account frozen. Cashpoint locked the player's account and voided the bonus. Cashpoint did not explain its decision to SBR.
