Cashpoint player paid; new complaint

On May 8th, 2012, SBR reported that a Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) player submitted a payment complaint. The player claimed a €291 Moneybookers payout requested five days earlier had not been paid, and that the time-frame for payment was one business day. Cashpoint responded to SBR's inquiry stating the player has been paid. A new Cashpoint dispute has been filed by a player who claims his balance has been zeroed.

A player has written SBR stating that his €877 balance has been zeroed. The player states he has played with Cashpoint for a few years, never before having a problem. The player provided SBR a screenshot showing his balance adjusted to 0. There is no bonus rollover involved. The player tells SBR that prior to him discovering the zeroed balance, he had been limited from €30 to €50 per play and planned to make a cashout in the near future. After reading SBR's report on May 8th of a payment problem, the player finally decided to attempt to grab his funds.

The player states that he emailed Cashpoint unsuccessfully. He says he's operated only one account and used the same device for the duration of his time with the sportsbook. SBR is following up on this account complaint and will upadte this report.
