Cashpoint dispute update

Cashpoint (SBR rating C-) has addressed the account dispute reported by SBR on May 13th. A player wrote SBR stating that his €877 balance was zeroed. He claimed to have played with Cashpoint off and on for a few years with no issues. He told SBR that after reading about a payment complaint reported a week prior, he decided to ask for his funds and noticed he had no money in his account.

The player states he then noticed that his account balance was zeroed. He immediately filed a sportsbook complaint with SBR. SBR contacted Cashpoint on the player's behalf and received word that his full balance would be available for payment within a number of hours. Cashpoint did not offer an explanation for the funds being zeroed. SBR communicated the update to the player.

A new Cashpoint complaint has been made. A player tells SBR that his account was blocked after a payment request of €200 in late April. The payment was to be sent via Moneybookers. The player tells SBR that all necessary documents were provided to Cashpoint. He alleges that the sportsbook has not given him an update on his account status. SBR is following up on this latest sportsbook complaint.
