BoyleSports player has account frozen for three months
A BoyleSports player has submitted a sportsbook complaint.
The player has claimed that he deposited €14,000 with the betting site and turned a profit of approximately €2,000.
He was asked to provide a series of documents necessary to comply with the Know Your Customer (KYC) policies of the sportsbook, which is where his situation took a turn for the worse.
It has been three months since the player provided his documents. BoyleSports has only said that his situation was escalated to the relevant department. He has received no new information on the status of his payout.
Sportsbook Review has asked BoyleSports for comment on this matter. SBR suggests players to have their ID documents notarized whenever possible to help expedite disputes concerning the authenticity of documents.
